Publish fee & Fees tab

FundPi uses a fixed publish fee of 5 Pi per project. 100% of all donations go to the project creator; there is no percentage fee on donations.

When fees apply

  • When you set your project to Published, you pay the one-time Publish fee.
  • This fee supports platform operations and moderation.

Fees tab (Profile → Payment Fees)

  • Shows your fee payments with timestamp and amount (Pi)
  • Includes a date-range filter and a small summary (total/count)
  • Useful for bookkeeping and hackathon reporting
Transparency: Donations are passed through to creators in full. The platform’s fixed publish fee is tracked separately in your Fees tab.

My donation timed out

If the Pi dialog expired, try again. If you authorized but don’t see it yet, it will appear once confirmed by the network.

Images won’t upload

Check your connection, file size (suggested < 8MB), and format (JPG/PNG). Try another image. If issues persist, contact support with your username.
